national rate) to request a returns authorisation number and details of
how to return your products for refund or exchange.
Popcorn fully support the regulations set down by the Office Of Fair Trading
with regard to refunding goods. Under The Distance Selling Act 2000, all
customers from popcornskate.co.uk have the right to return goods (within the
legal cooling off period of 7 days) for a full refund of goods.
Unless returns are made as a result of mistakes by
popcornskate.co.uk or faults or damage covered by popcornskate.co.uk or
manufacturer's guarantee the cost of returning goods will be the sole
responsibility of the customer. In the case of goods that are not faulty,
goods must be returned as new in the packaging and with the labels with which
they were supplied.
A valid returns number must accompany all returns sent to our warehouse,
otherwise processing may be delayed or returns returned to sender. If you're not
